The Story
The Chop Source Frame Jig Neck Fixture is used to hold the steering neck of your motorcycle or mini bike frame in the welding jig. It will accommodate rakes from 15 to 60 degrees. It includes two side plates, a 3/4" threaded rod, the "rod block", an aluminum threaded spacer, and hardware. The neck cones are sold separately. The Neck Fixture works with both 2"x2" and 2"x3" tubing.
The large CNC threaded spacer (machined from 6061 aluminum) ensures that the threaded rod and rod block are accurately aligned to each other. The side plates are powder coated black. The rod block is TIG welded and powder coated black.
This fixture can be used for bicycle frames as well. It is the same as our Head Tube Fixture.
